Application of the case

What information should be given in the application form in the village court case?

1. The application must be submitted in writing.

2. The name and address of the Union Parishad to which the application will be made must be present.

3. Name, address and identity of applicant and respondent.

4. If there is a witness, the name, address and identity of the witness should be there.

5. The incident, cause of occurrence, place of incident and union name, time, date should be there.

6. The nature of the complaint or claim, should have value.

7. The amount of damages, the remedy sought must be.

8. The relationship of the parties must be mentioned.

9. Witnesses must have a role.

10. If the case is filed late, the reason should be mentioned.

11. Applicant must have signature.

12. There must be a date of filing of the case.

          The humble submission is that on Saturday 20/07/2013 at 10.0 hours the accused entered into my occupied south door room and stole 2 sarees, 2 lungis and 3 shirts kept in the rack. Estimated price of chorai material will be Rs.2,000/-. I recognized the accused and chased after him shouting Dak, he ran away. On my shout, people around came and saw the accused running away. I and other people could recognize the accused by the light of the generator in the house and yard.


 


            Therefore, I humbly request you sir to issue summons against the defendants by constituting village court.

          Humble submission that I am a permanent resident of Damiha Union. Nalishi C, S 20 Khatianbhukta .02 percent land of 150 dag received from my father by inheritance. On last 20/07/2013 the defendant forcibly dispossessed me from the plaint land. 5,000/- Rs. I have suffered irreparable loss as the defendant dispossessed me from the claimed land.


 


            Therefore, it is humbly prayed to Sir that in view of the said incident the village court constituted summons against the respondent.
